When can i expect my delivery to be dispatched?

The Kādo Collective team endeavour to have your orders packed and shipped in an efficient and timely manner so you get your orders safer & faster.

All orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days of your order but in most cases will be dispatched the same day or next day if possible.

What are expected delivery timeframes?

STANDARD DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Cost: $15.99 flat rate nation-wide, fully tracked

EXPRESS DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Cost: $19.99 flat rate nation-wide, fully tracked

There is no additional coverage taken out on shipments. If you would like additional coverage please get in contact with us and we can estimate it for you.

Do we ship Internationally?

Yes, we do!!

International Shipping and Payments (Worldwide)

Order minimum of $100 applies for international orders (excludes shipping cost)

We offer worldwide delivery to select countries with our partnered freight carriers. Handling time for international orders may take up to 3 business days to process and then we will update you with estimated timeframes for shipping to your selected country.

Standard International shipping is shipped through Australia Post please allow 2-4 weeks for Delivery (please request for a quote for shipping costs http://kadocollective.com/request-shipping/)

Orders may be subjected to customs duties and fees. This fee is not included in the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for such fees. For information regarding customs duties and fees for your country and region, click here.

Where will you deliver my order to?

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Orders are only dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct address has been provided at the time of completing checkout. If you believe that you have incorrectly entered your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update your details if your order has not been sent, or we may be able to assist you with requesting a redirect to your correct address. We cannot guarantee whether a redirect will occur, especially if your parcel has already been delivered to the address you provided at the time of ordering, or that it is in the process of being returned to us. We cannot recover orders that have been delivered.

What happens if there is a delay in my order being shipped outside the expected timeframes?

Occasionally due to circumstances outside Kado Collective's control, delivery delays may occur.

If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care via email within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.

What happens if my orders are undelivered? Or returned to Kado Collective?

UNDELIVERED ORDERS RETURNED TO US

If an order is returned to us for reasons such as attempted delivery, incorrect address, receiver not recognised at the address, or denying any customs fees that may be applicable, we may hold on to the order for up to 7 days. The customer is responsible to provide us with written notice that their order was not received. A request maybe made for an order to be redelivered to a new address. In such an event, the customer will be responsible to cover the costs of the return shipping fee we incur, as well as an additional shipping fee relative to the original shipping method (for free delivery, standard shipping fee applies) to resend the order.

If a customer decides not to have their order redelivered, or we do not receive any notice within 7 days of the order being returned to us, it will be forfeited and deemed abandoned. The hold will no longer apply, where the items in the order (presuming they are sellable), will be restocked and relisted on the website to be sold. No refund or store credit will apply for abandoned goods.

LIVE BREAKS

What can i expect from a live break?

A live break is defined as purchasing a sealed product and having it opened on your behalf on a live stream by a third party (the live streamer).

What happens to my live break once it is completed?

All personal break purchases can be held for up to 3 months in order to collate shipping for multiple orders from all Kado Live Streamers. Your orders will be collated into a Medium AusPost parcel box. Payment and shipping will be initiated once you have filled the max Medium AusPost parcel box or reached 3 months (whichever comes first), we will attempt to contact you via your email and phone number provided, where you will need to request shipping.

*Any live break purchased, will be held for shipping and will not be sent until a shipping fee is purchased.

**We will attempt to contact you 3 times over a week, however, failure to request and pay for shipping within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of your products purchased.
