With only days to go before the release of Crown Zenith, the full set is available for your viewing pleasure.
And ladies & gentlemen, it’s beautiful…
Hopefully this is a sign of things to come for the Pokemon TCG and we continue from strength to strength.
The Japanese Promotional Card: Pikachu which features a plethora of SWSH-centric Pokemon is the first of the Secret Rare Cards in the set at 160/159.
The Gold Cards below look stunning digitally and it’s going to be interesting to see how the look in hard, comparatively.
As with special sets in the past, the Galarian Gallery appears to be in the reverse slot, which means that’s where most of our big hits will come from. Our SAR (Special Illustration Rare Cards in English) look like they’ll occupy this slot. See below:
The English AR (Illustration Rare) cards, albeit yellow-bordered, are still beautiful. This set keeps on hitting, even further down the chain.
The ‘God Pack’ which isn’t a God Pack at all and is more akin to the V-Union Cards from VMAX Climax should still come in a single pack and be rounded out by a regular Vmax card.
The last of the set’s loaded back end is its trainers. These comprises parts of both the Galarian Gallery and the regular set.
Finally, the set features some awesome first-time artworks, Japanese promo cards and signature trainer cards. Here’s a selection of some of them below:
Crown Zenith drops on Friday 20/01/23 in Australia.
Update: The Fairy Energy still remains elusively removed from all sets.
